A Note About My Mallets

My mallets became unexpectedly popular after my Make It At Market episode, and I'm genuinely grateful for the support. But they were always something I made for the fun of it, using whatever interesting off-cuts I had around.

As orders grew, it started to feel a bit like mass production, and that's not how I want to work. Sourcing the right timber was also becoming difficult and the whole process was causing me quite a lot of stress.

So I've decided to stop making the mallets altogether and focus fully on the furniture and one-off pieces that feel true to my craft.
